Once you download the TranslucentTB application to your PC you need to install it by clicking on the icon from your task bar or by a right click on the desktop. If you want to download the free application, you can visit the website from where you downloaded the application. It will tell you where to download the application to your PC. After you have downloaded the application and you have got a copy of the file on your computer, you need to extract the folder to your system. You should open the program by double clicking the icon or by dragging the folder from the location where you extracted it to the location where you want to put the TranslucentTB application.
